Pickup Options
Choose from our list of services that include full, limited and sticker services.
Full Service
Eight 30 gallon bags or cans (not to exceed 40 lbs. each) of trash picked up one time per week. Recyclables are unlimited. Check with municipality on recycling bins and guidelines.
Billed every two months, $64.00 per billing cycle.
Senior Citizens (65 or older, proof of age required), $50.00.
Limited Service
Four 30 gallon bags or cans (not to exceed 40 lbs. each) of trash picked up one time per week. Recyclables are unlimited.
Billed every two months, $60.00.
Sticker Service
One 30 gallon bag (not to exceed 40 lbs.) of trash picked up one time per week. The sticker customer must fall within our existing residential routes - we will not travel outside our existing routes. Stickers are sold through our office, by phone or by mail at $3.00 per sticker. Recycling and newspapers need stickers. We will only mail up to 20 stickers due to mailing costs.

CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOTE THAT THEY CANNOT CHANGE THEIR SERVICE LEVEL UNTIL THE BILLING PERIOD HAS ENDED AND THAT BILL HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL.
Additional Waste/Extra Cleanups
Must be reported to the office before pickup day. Any trash over limit will be an extra charge of $15.00 per yard or $3.00 per bag or can. Any construction materials are $30.00 per yard.
Bulk Items
Bulk item pickup must be reported to the office BEFORE pickup day.
Doors must be removed from appliances.
Air conditioners and refrigerators MUST be defreoned. We are unable to provide defreon services.
Due to liability, we will not enter onto private property or into residences; all items must be removed at curbside.

Unacceptable Wastes
The landfill will not accept liquids, chemicals, hazardous wastes, asbestos or materials longer than 4 feet. Please do not put them in the trash. The customer will be responsible for the expense of any rejected loads.
Drop-off Services
Trash and recycling are available. Trash is available in the dumpsters by the scale for $2.50 per 30 gallon bag of trash. Payment is required prior to dumping at the Scalehouse. Open 7 am – 3 pm Mon.-Fri, closed on Saturdays.
Recycling is available 24 hours at the drop-off center at 4687 Hanoverville Road, Bethlehem, PA.
Garbage Can Replacement
It is the policy of East Penn to reimburse residential customers up to $15.00 for trash can damage only when the damage is a direct result of our employees or equipment. We will evaluate the occurrence of trash can damage individually. Please contact the office if your trash container is damaged as a result of our employees or equipment.
