Annual Township Cleanup
East Penn Sanitation, Inc. is working cooperatively with local
townships to provide cleanup days for their residents. The Annual
Cleanup Day will occur at our PennDEP permitted Transfer Station. A Township representative
will be present to monitor the Day. Currently scheduled days are
(rain or shine):
- 5/10/2008 - Bushkill Township
- 5/17/2008 - Lower Nazareth Township
- 6/7/2008 - Upper Nazareth Nazareth
Cleanup Day Guide
Safety is
everyone's business and very important to us.
As a guest in our facility, we want to provide a safe
environment for you and any passengers or helpers with you. Due to the
nature of the day, we have a few guidelines to assist in making the day progress
smoothly:

Township residents do not have to use the
scale.

Wear proper clothing and hard soled shoes, use
gloves and safety glasses.

We discourage bringing young children and anyone not
assisting with unloading should remain in the vehicle.

The speed limit throughout our facility is 5 mph.
Obey all STOP signs. Follow the traffic pattern through the facility -
township residents keep to the right on roadways to allow EPS customers
and heavy trucks & equipment access on the left.

Follow the instructions from EPS personnel and your
township reprsentative(s).

Please keep the volume down on in vehicle players,
use of headphones by the driver and use of a cell phone in the active
unloading area is forbidden.

Heavy equipment always has the right of way.
